320 Terms — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines
Please read the following terms carefully before accessing or using the 320 platform. By registering or using the services, you automatically agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By accessing or registering an account on the 320 platform (website or mobile app) for the first time, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh. Users under 18 years old are prohibited from registering or participating. 320 may request proof of age verification at any time.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued platform use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
- Names, mobile numbers, and other information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
- 320 reserves the right to cancel accounts and withhold balances if registration is done using false information.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account passwords secure.
Security and User Responsibilities
- Your login details must not be shared with third parties. Account transfer or sale is completely prohibited.
- Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to the support team immediately.
- Any fraudulent activity, software use, or abuse of system vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for all activity under their account.
3. Payments, Transactions & Deposit-Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on the 320 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via approved methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposit: Balances are usually credited instantly after deposits. Contact support if delays occur due to technical issues.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal processing can take up to 24–72 hours. Withdrawals will follow the same method used for the deposit.
- Bonus Terms: Specific betting requirements apply to bonus or promotional funds. Funds can only be withdrawn after fulfilling those conditions.
- Currency: All amounts are specified and paid in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or BDT.
- Withdrawal requests with incomplete or incorrect information may be rejected.
320 reserves the right to suspend any unusual or suspicious transactions until they are fully investigated.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
The 320 platform is provided strictly for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or any artificial methods.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions.
- Use of the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
- Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
- Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
- Operating accounts using false identities or someone else’s information.
320 reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts and freeze balances without prior notice if any of the above activities are proven.
5. Account Suspension, Cancellation & Intellectual Property Policy
Account Suspension and Closure
320 may suspend or permanently close accounts for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of terms or fraudulent activities.
- Failure to complete KYC (identity verification) or providing false information.
- Long-term inactivity of the account (over 12 months).
- Account closure upon user request — contact support.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the 320 platform — logos, designs, game interfaces, text — is protected under 320’s intellectual property rights.
- Copying or distributing any content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- When using third-party payment gateways or services, their terms also apply.
- 320 is not responsible for external links or third-party sites.
6. Limitations of Liability, Amendments, and Applicable Law
Participation in gaming or betting on the 320 platform is at the user’s own risk. 320 is not directly liable for any financial losses, though reasonable solutions will be provided for issues caused by technical faults.
- Service Interruptions: Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. 320 is not liable for losses during such periods.
- Changes to Terms: 320 may update these terms anytime. Changes will be published on the platform, and continued use means acceptance.
- Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Relevant courts will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
